I genuinely don’t understand why a company selling electrical products to UK customers would supply them with a European plug instead of a UK-compatible one. It’s incredibly frustrating that I can’t even test or use the lamp straight out of the box. I now have to go out and buy a suitable UK plug adapter before I can use a product I’ve already paid for. Surely, if you’re selling to the UK market, providing a UK-compatible plug should be standard. Very disappointing!
